Property Manager & Expressions: Structure Type (Basic/Composite/Complex Profile)

Hello everyone, 

I just can't seem to make this expression work for elements that are of "Basic" Structure Type. I am aware of the fact that there are 2 of these "Structure Type" parameters, and I've also tried to flip the "IF" code the other way where instead of "Composite", I've put "Basic" as the base point, and then swapped the following True and False values. Regardless, the information I'm am trying to apply to these Basic structures simply won't display. 

Any ideas to what I am doing wrong here?
