Scheduling - Zone Quantity by Hotlink Master

Hi all,

Is there some way to create the below in a single schedule? And is there a way to schedule a NIL quantaty? I have 5 zones contained within hotlinks scattered across two sites. My current legend consists of 3 schedules defined by the Master Hotlink Layer, or lack there of.

I did see this thread, but given it is two distinct sites it does not really work...
