Show multiple Revision IDs for each layout in an index

I have been able to generate a drawing list that shows, among other things, the current revision ID and the change IDs within that revision for each layout.

 

Has anyone been able to display multiple revision IDs for each layout? i.e. Current revision ID and then a seperate column for every previous revision ID?

 

Example of what I've managed so far, attached.
