Syntactical error in the expression

I recently started trying to write functions in Archicad.
Can you help me where is the error in the following function?

Try a ; (semicolon) character after "Megnevezés" instead of a , (comma) character. You always have to use the same character everywhere in expressions, depending on your operating system settings.

In English language operating systems, . (dot) is used as a decimal point character, so in the Expression editor you can use the , (comma) character. 

However, in some other language operating systems (like Hungarian), the , (comma) is used as a decimal point character, so in the Expression editor you have to use the ; (semicolon) character.
