THE SUM OF EXPRESSION IN SCHEDULES IS NOT WORKING

Hi, I can't get the "SUM"of an expression (Total column concrete cost) in schedules.
For the rest of the fields which are not expressions the "SUM" is working.
Can somebody help on this please?

The Column you are trying to sum are strings. Schedules can not sum strings. Change your expressions to return numbers not strings
