The doors in the schedule are not the same when placed in the layout book
The door on the schedule is very detailed, there is glass and door algae and after I put it in the layout why did it change to plain?

You should have created a view in the view map for your schedule.
Have a look at the Model View Options it is set to use.
Make sure you use an MVO combination that has 'Full' level of detail for the doors and windows in 3D.
