Where is the MEP Engineering Profile?

There doesn't appear to be a Work Environment Preset for the MEP Tools. The manual refers to a "MEP Engineering Profile" which isn't present in the USA version.

 

screenshot shows only two profiles on offer and MEP isn't one of them. I'm looking at AC 28 Build 4001.

Interesting, I have the MEP Profile in my Work Environment, but I am using the INT version of Ac28.
