edit color window

I cannot edit the size of the "edit color" window - in Surfaces -- cannot make any adjustments ---
It is the same on all of the color adjustment windows. see attachment
I updated my video card -- no luck
Is there some hidden place that I can go to adjust the size so I can see the entire window ?

Interesting.
Are you scaling up your display size in the Windows display settings?
Maybe this is the problem.

Thank you Barry , it worked --- note that for it to change a reboot is required.
