in ArchiCAD 9, is there a way to import custom configured shortcut scheme under work environment from one computer to another one, or do I need to punch eachone all again?

Yes there is.

First save your scheme/profile, then you can import it wherever else.

On Windows, they are by default at

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Graphisoft\<ArchiCAD version>\WorkEnvironment\Profiles

You can also use the Work Environment to Export your settings to wherever you want.
