Install Issue

Hello all.
I just got home from a long vacation and found AC 12 had been shipped.
After I installed I ran the Wibu key from both the install CD and the installed folder but neither worked...I still get an error stating "Protection key not found or not valid"

Run in demo
I am on Windows XP, and had no issues installing AC-11
