we change the roof into grassland, can we calculate the energy saved from warm effect?
We found that Ecodesigner cannot work out these,

pls give me some suggestions

Ecodesigner is a nice toy, that's it.

To calculate the positive effect of soil (or other forms of mass) on your roof, you need a software that is capable to do dynamic state calculation.

What do you need it for?

You may have more luck now with Ecodesigner 15, which allows you to export detailed enenrgy info to an excel spreadsheet.

I haven't tested it personally yet, so I cannot help you.
