AC 25 Teamwork bug reports

Hi everyone,

 

It is impossible to use 'Apply View' (when someone requests an item or sends a message with a certain view) and 'Show' (My Workspace) commands in this Archicad version, it always ends up with a bug report. Has anyone run into the same problem?

Likely Archicad is running into an issue while trying to redraw the view. It can be due to some corrupted elements (stairs, railings for example), or there can be a problem even with the local cache. Depending on how many members are affected, it worth to start with a re-join / reload from server to clean the local cache then if it still occurs, save a PLN, open & repair and re-share this project. 

 

It is possible that none of this will work, but then I suggest to collect a Support Package and the crash IDs and send it to your local technical support, so they can investigate it and help you fix the problem.
