Add-on to automatically track/stamp elements with Teamwork user + date/time + create/reserve/edit

Hi all,

We work in Teamwork on BIMcloud (Archicad 28) with several users in the same project. As BIM Manager I need a reliable, automatic record of WHO did WHAT to each element and WHEN.

What I'm looking for:

1. Automatic stamping on the element itself
Every time an element is created, reserved or modified, a custom property (e.g. "EditedBy") should be filled automatically with:
- Teamwork user name (or initials)
- Date and time
- Action: Created / Reserved / Modified / Released
Ideally it keeps a short history (e.g. last 3–5 entries) and/or separate fields like "CreatedBy" and "LastEditedBy", so we can use them in schedules, labels and Graphic Overrides.

2. A persistent reservation/edit log
A log outside the model (CSV/Excel on a shared drive is fine) recording every reservation, release and Send & Receive per element:
Date/time | User | Element GUID | Element ID | Element type | Action

3. It must be automatic
No manual input from users and no scripts they need to remember to run – it should happen in the background on reserve, release or Send & Receive.

What I've already checked:
- Change Tracking (AC24+): useful for notifications, but the Tracked Changes list is cleared after receiving changes, only shows the latest change, and is per user. It's not a persistent history and isn't stored on the elements.
- Reservation info / Info Tag / colored workspaces: only show the CURRENT owner, not who created or previously edited an element.
- Expression properties can't read the Teamwork user name.
- Favorites with a preset "CreatedBy" value: works partly, but relies on users always placing from Favorites and doesn't capture later edits.
- Python / JSON API: as far as I can tell, it can't react to reservation events and has to be run manually by each user.

My questions:
1. Is there an existing add-on (free or commercial) that does this, or anything close?
2. Has anyone built something similar with the C++ API (e.g. catching element reservation-change notifications and writing the user name into a property or log file)? Any pitfalls with Teamwork, for example writing to elements just before release?
3. Is anything like this planned by Graphisoft, or should I post it on the Wishlist?

I do not think any such item exists on the Roadmap, so if your don't get any answers that such an Add-On already exists, then posting a wish is the way to go.
