BIMcloud Basic Does not Pair Manager with Server

After installation of BIMcloud Basic, BIMcloud Server does not show up as an available Server on the Manager web interface.

Pair BIMcloud Server to BIMcloud Manager manually

Follow these 3 steps:

1. Upgrade BIMcloud Basic to BIMcloud - this is a completely free process, you can do it without having any BIMcloud licenses.
2. Pair BIMcloud Server to BIMcloud Manager
3. Downgrade BIMcloud to BIMcloud Basic

If you still experience the above issue, please contact your GRAPHISOFT support representative. For the investigation BIMcloud log files might be necessary.
