Has anyone found that the activity viewer within the BIMcloud manager does not work as expected at all? It seems to work at first glance, but then when you dig in and give it more criteria, it just returns garbage that is not in the formatted correctly at all, i.e. by user, date, size etc... Often I am just trying to see when something was sent by a team member when they are unavailable, but it takes so much time to find the entry i end up giving up.

Self hosted BIMcloud, I always found activity tab very unreliable.
BIMcloud SaaS seems to be showing accurate records.

@Boldizsar Vermes GS community system do not allow me to send you private message.
We use both self-hosted BIMcloud Basic and BIMcloud SaaS.
I’ve just checked the BIMcloud SaaS Activities list, and the filters now seem to be working better. I did notice an issue with the User filter - it does not show all users in the dropdown list.

Just click on the user's name and then in the screen that opens there is a "Send Message" button in the top right corner.

It’s not that straightforward. When I try to send a message, I get two alternating notifications: one saying there is an HTML issue, and another saying I’ve exceeded the private message limit. This was my first private message on this forum, so I’m unable to proceed.

@Piotr Walerysiak, thanks for your quick reply. I asked about your current experience with Activities and whether you use self-hosted/on-premises BIMcloud or SaaS because we have recently released several fixes for the latter and I wanted to take a closer look before the next on-premises release in case issues still happen.
Please, you and everyone else, contact your local technical support representative and report any anomalies and bugs so that we can fix them in a future release. Thank you in advance.
