BIMcloud SaaS Teamwork file crashes on opening. Rolled-back snapshots also crash on opening.

We have a Teamwork BIMcloud SaaS project (AC26, macOS15) in our office that crashes before it can be properly opened. Rolled-back snapshots also crash before they can be properly opened (I've tried all the snapshots separately). Unfortunately the user has not been saving PLN backups.
Is there a way that I can force a project to save a pln backup via the BIMcloud SaaS webbrowser window, so that the file can be downloaded then open and repaired as pln file?

@BenATA, there is no such an option in the browser. I encourage you to contact your local Graphisoft support representative for direct help.

Yes I am in touch with Graphisoft. Should it, in theory, be possible for Graphisoft to extract a .pln version of the SaaS teamwork file from the cloud?
