Bimcloud Manager won't restart after update

We run a can't get our bimcloud manager to restart after latest update. In services it says it is running but will not run in browser.

 

Has anyone else had problems with latest update

Hi Steve,

I would double-check if both Manager and Server are in the same build, then try stopping and restarting the server manually, or verify if any software is preventing the BC from running.

Otherwise, you should collect the logs and contact the local partner for further assistance.

Very similar issues, our Bimcloud does not speak to our server anymore after the updates on the server and the manager.
