Elements not Releasing to others in TW

Our office uses TW for the majority of projects, with 2 or 3 users frequently working in a TW file simultaneously. Recently we have noticed that elements are not releasing to others, even after being "released" by the current user. We have had all users send/receive multiple times after the "release" but the element still appears as "reserved" to others, while it appears as "free for reservation" to the user who just released it. The only fix is to have the other users close the file and re-open; a time consuming annoyance.

Has anyone else run into this problem?

Hi,

Could you please check if a "release all" can help or not?
I mean press "release all" with the user who previously reserved the affected element, then use "send&receive" with the others.

If it does not help, please also try to reserve the affected element again with the user who see it as "free for reservation", then try the "release all".

Please let me know the results.
