Hi there,

What is wrong with graphisoft ID login page? It is just loading without any other reaction? I can't activate my BIM Cloud basic licence without ID, isn't it?

I just had no problem using it to log into then GDL Center forum, so it is definitely working.
Can you try a different browser or maybe restart your machine and try again?

Nothing happens. Restarted Mac, uesd Safari and Chrome and the same problem.

Here are screenshots of steps I tried to register, maybe I'm doing something wrong.

So then you press "CONTINUE" and I assume you are taken to the Graphisoft ID login page?
I have never had the need to use BIMCloud (Basic or otherwise) so I may not be the best person to reply here.

This is what I see when I get to the Graphisoft ID login page.
If you don't have a Graphisoft ID then there is an option on the left to sign up.
But if this page is still not displaying correctly and you have tried different browsers, then I am out of ideas.

It may be best to contact your local Archicad support person.

I can't even open native page graphisoft ID. It shows me problem with proxy.

It is all a bit too technical for me now.
But in your firewall settings you should be able to allow access to graphisoft.com
I have no idea how a Mac does this though.
