We are currently having the exact same problem in our office. AC14 TW2 is working fine, but today we've noticed we cannot access any AC13 TW2 files and work in online mode.
As described we can toggle to "work offline" and toggle back to online mode. We stay online for a short period, just enough to send and receive. Then we are forced offline again.
Up until at least the end of last week we were working successfully (I believe) with both AC13 and AC14 TW2.
What is happening here?
