Last week we had some challenges in our office with remaining "online" in AC13 TW2 projects. Last week there wasn't any apparent issue with single the TW2 AC14 project we are running. Although there were numerous problems in the AC13 TW2 files. We ended up saving projects to a pln file for single use for the current time.
Today seems to be a reversal of last week. We've been able to run AC13 TW2 projects, but in AC14 TW2 we aren't able to stay in "online" mode. This makes reserving, releasing, send/receive, im, etc.... very difficult when running projects in TW2. We can toggle to "work offline" then untoggle the setting and we are magically back online for a very short period (usually long enough to send/receive changes).
It seems our office wasn't the only ones having problems last week because I posted in another thread someone had started regarding potential DNS issues. See limited discussion here:

Could this be a problem with the BIM server application that runs both AC14 and AC13 files. As far as I can tell the BIM Server 14 also runs the 13 projects. Is that correct?
Is anyone else having this issue? What should we do to help troubleshoot and diagnose the problem more specifically?
