I am trying to provide a big file to be available to my coworkers so i pressed the share button of the file, its seen in the BIMcloud manager but when i open the file its missing some elements. the original file has them. See images for reference. Any one knows how to import all objects? maybe some tips for future projects that i will share?

You need to upload the Archicad library to BIMcloud: https://help.graphisoft.com/AC/29/INT/index.htm?rhcsh=1&rhnewwnd=0&rhmapid=#t=_AC29_Help%2F080_Colla...

Thank you. In my mind I asumed since there are no custom objects the library will be aleready uploaded from the file and the server will identify the folder containing the default archicad library.

I am having the same issue - I reshared a teamwork file to the BIMcloudSAAS, and after that 2 out of the 5 users on the project have all the libraries missing - they appear to be attempting to load the libraries from the BIMcloud Basic, even though the file is no longer on that server. Is this some kind of bug? And yes, the libraries are all uploaded to the cloud server...

ok so here's the discovery that fixed it - when you first move a file from BIMcloud Basic to BIMcloudSAAS, all users read the libraries with no issue, as they're still apparently reading from the old server - resharing as a new file which loads the libraries from the cloud server requires that all roles have to be assigned access to all loaded libraries - this is a slightly different setup to older BIM servers - @Iobe make sure your BIM Mgr / Administrator checks this.

Thank you for the information but the problem in our case was that the sys admin / server manager, had the idea that if you press upload / share teamwork file, archicad will import all objects present in the file and use the default library for new objects or objects already found in the Graphisoft folder found on C:/ where the program and server aplications are instaled (window users). Later was found out that after login the server admin had to manualy specify to BIMcloud to where the library is, using library manager, and uploading.
