But the project you're working on is a TEAM Work project or solo ?
If it's solo, it's shown in the link library not BIM Library

Yes it is a teamwork project.
My library also does not show up as an option under my texture search in materials.

Do you guys now why?
I need these to show up.

we deleted and started over with our BIM Server libraries, and our problem is fixed.
We were deleting and adding and changing them all and it just messed it up, plus we deleted our teamwork files on our hard drives. So its all better now.

I was wrong.
The problem is not fixed.
I am in a teamwork project.
In my BIM server Libraries it says there is "ACA Library"
In my regular library manager it says there is one there.

But when I go to search for material in element attributes, and objects in my object library my ACA Library is not there.

How do i get to this library from these places?

Have you added those BIM Server Libraries to your TW File using the Library Manager?

I understand it could be easily overlooked but here you go:

Go to Library Manager and see if those libraries are loaded underneat BIM Server Libraries. If not, select BIM Server Libraries and Reserve. After reserving, that little button located at the top, with the arrow facing the side, will then give you an option to "Use BIM Server Library" and that is where you can locate your BIM Server Libraries to add to your project.

HTH.

I did that, and I added my ACA library from the BIM server, now it shows up there in my library manager as Unavailable.

Hmm...sounds like this issue could be related to how your BIM Server and related files (i.e. Project file location, Libraries location) is set up at your office? Unfortunately, I am not yet an expert on troubleshooting in that area. Hopefully someone else here with experience on BIM Server set up among Macs will be of help.

There seems to be an issue with BIM server libraries in a mac server. The only way you'll currently get it to work is using ONLY the IP address rather than a name. If you have used a mix of the two you may never see the libraries. It has something to do with the way the Mac OS and its inbuilt DNS interprets the IP address. The only solution currently is to use the IP address. This may require the projects to be reshared.

We are also having the same problem, but the solution mentioned in the last post doesn't help much because we don't seem to have an option to use the IP address instead of the name. Do you mean in the personalized name field?
