Is this just Delta Cache for SaaS? Or is this local p2p sharing? (p2p example: Steam)

@Lingwisyer, the plan is to enable connection of on-premises BIMcloud Server components to a BIMcloud SaaS instance. This would allow for the local management of model data while leveraging the benefits of Graphisoft ID-based user management and cloud licensing.

Can you provide a less technical explanation?
Would this replace Bimcloud Basic local installations and still allow someone to work with the Teamwork model off-line until an internet connection is re-established?

This sounds a lot like BIMCloud Delta Cache, but...
while leveraging the benefits of Graphisoft ID-based user management and cloud licensing
With this it sounds like you pay for BIMCloud SaaS, but forego the majority of the GS hosted workload to host your own BIMCloud On-Prem. Feels like the worst of both worlds... The speed of On-Prem, with the possibility of being locked out because your permissions could not be able to be verified due to losing your internet connection, while you carry all of the redundancy risk. This would also mean that it does not address the iOS issue.
ie. Still no clarity... as I would hope that this is not the case...

The vast majority of projects in an architect’s office are either client/supplier confidential, Secret projects or secret Government projects. Company X for example does not want its competition knowing it is building new offices for example, before they announce it themselves or, a private person does not want its neighbors to know they a planning a new extension before they share it with them. This goes without saying. There are also public projects, however these are often secret until made public. We often can't disclose what we are working on. Architects share their projects mostly via PDF or IFC/ DWG on a project hosting site or via e-mail. There is however, a big difference between this and, hosting a native (Archicad) project file on the cloud. When it comes to government projects where cloud hosting is forbidden, (TOP SECRET as it is called in the Movies), a hybrid solution would not work either. We need to be able to run projects in Teamwork on premises behind firewalls. Have the user features of SAAS like creating folders/ permissions and auto-reserve. Privacy is important so it needs to be app-based so AI agents can't break it easily. Be able to run it on servers of our choice. On Windows or MacOS.
