Missing model view option

Has this been resolved? Am still encountering this with Archicad 27 in BimCloud Basic... The funny thing all the other users stop accessing the file in the server since they are doing something else so am the only one updating the file been sending and releasing the reserved elements just in case some of them decided to access but every time I will open and load the file, the model view option will just go missing... 

its ok if we only have 4 pages to deal with but that's not the case every time I need to spend time to check if they are missing or not... I hope they will look into this...

Am using W10, Archicad 27 build 6010 INT...
