Teamwork Project users cannot reserve elements. WHY???

Our Teamwork file just stopped allowing us from requesting elements from one another.

Why would this happen when it was working fine for months?

Also, I used to be able to import 3D Sketch up models from Google 3D Warehouse. Now when I try to put them into ArchiCAD I get a Error window saying "The specified module could not be found."

Why would this stop working now?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
