Hello everyone!
We use cloud services in our office. (BIMcloud SaaS)
My question is why Archicad crashes at least once a day and Bug Reporter pops up. It always happens when we click on the send/receive button.
Thank you in advance for your help.

First thing to consider, is your Archicad 26 fully up-to-date with all updates and hotfixes?
Does it crash using different projects or one particular project?

Archicad is up to date and the latest updates are installed.
This problem only occurs with a specific project. What's strange is that we don't have this problem with our other projects.

Ok, that helps to know. What I would suggest is for whoever has the project with the most up to date changes (if it’s not allowing you to send and receive) save the project out as .pln format locally. Then launch Archicad and then select the option to open a file. Select your file you have just saved out and make sure you select the open and repair option. Allow Archicad to carry out the repair and then re-share to Teamwork. Hopefully that will fix the issue.

Hopefully that will work. If it doesn’t it could be a rogue third part add-on but I would expect that to affect more than one project. Also worth checking for any Library objects you have loaded in to the Embedded Library that may be different to other projects. That can cause issues too.

Archicad has been riddled with t/w bugs and errors. common issues are "could not send changes" or "teamwork failed to..." messages.
if you are getting a crash on s/r, it could be a local data or gemoetry error, not necessarily a t/w error (even if triggered by s/r).
Double check:
-library loading report (eliminate missing/duplicates where possible)
-total embedded library size (aim for under 300 MB)
-individual e/l content (avoid all images or objects over 10mb)
-session report (hunt down all elements with missing attributes, invalid geometry, etc.)
-review polycount (requires installation of goodies package; reduce model to below 3m polygons, eliminate individual elements over 20-30,000 polygons, or any element contributing more than 25% of total polygons
-clean up attributes (remove unused profiles and composites, clean up all attributes for missing sub-attributes)
-check for excessive solid element operations (any element with more than 30-50 targets or operators can be a crash trigger)
...
lastly, check for file bloat on the server manager. If you duplicate the file on the server, and the file size is reduced by 25% or more, that could indicate that there is significant bloat in the database. You can try to resolve this by saving a .pln, open and repair, then share as a new t/w file.
...
unfortunately, AC has become a program that has required users and/or BIM managers/coordinators to trouble shoot these kinds of bugs/errors on a weekly, if not daily basis. Regular project health audits (items listed above are a good start), scrupulous file and model management practices, and a lot of patience in 'testing things out' should get you to a more healthy and reliable file.
...
for t/w health, I recommend s/r hourly, r/a whenever you are going to be away from your computer, close all ac files at the end of every day, leave all t/w files and clear your local data caches at the end of every week.

If it is happening in a particular file and you can't figure out why and open & repair does not work, then complete the bug report and send it off.
Take note of the report number and then contact your local Archicad support and ask them to investigate it.
