Unable to update BimServer 18 to 5100

I keep getting the following error:

"BIM Cloud detected the same version of BIM Server already installed on this computer. BIMcloud cannot be installed".

problem solved here.
I had to activate my server through web browser using graphisoft ID
after that everything worked ok.

Problem solved for me too. I had to re-install the BIM Cloud so I could un-install it properly. Had to disable Services first. Ended up re-installing Windows 7 x64 completely, re-loading all system drivers...it was a 10 hour ordeal. Works great now. I probably did not need to do all of that but I am not a computer expert so I can only do things the hard way most of the time.

In any case, The BIM Cloud was a problem for me.

I just ran the Archicad 5100 update again (the first time I used it to update only archicad), but this time it updated the BIM automatically to 5100 version. And it works perfectly now!
