cannot start interprocess communicate

Helo everybody, i have this problem since one week, i cannot start archicad i have this message "interprocess communicate" i'v tried to desactivate the firewall, to change the firewall, to desactivate the antivirus, to change it, to re install archicad and nothing happens, please i need some help!!!!!

Does deleting this folder help? C:\Users\username\Graphisoft\IPC Data

After uninstall is the C:\Users\username\Graphisoft\IPC Data folder empty?
