"Share" button is grayed out - Connections are OK

I can connect to the remote BIMserver (over VPN), but when I try to share a project, the "share"-button is grayed out.

I opened the necessary ports on my mac & router (18008 & 1228), but nothing helps (not even turning off firewall temporarily).

Any Ideas on what might be wrong?

PS: working within the servers network (no VPN) doesn't change this...

As you can see on the screenshot, making and managing folders is possible...

No, I only have the BIM server Manger under Modules
Thanks, this shows that the underlying BIMcloud Server could not be paired with the BIMcloud Manager.

We are aware of two sources, when such might fail during the installation:
- the localhost cannot be resolved on the 127.0.0.7 IP - to verify this try to access the browser based interface from the server itself: http://127.0.0.1:1228

If it fails, then verify that the hosts file contains an entry about this: http://www.rackspace.com/knowledge_center/article/how-do-i-modify-my-hosts-file
There should be a line (without being commented out with #):
127.0.0.1 localhost

- during the installation the allocated time for pairing is timed out - based on our experience repeating the installation several times helps to resolve this. A long term solution have been implemented in the code, but is not yet available in the installer you have

Keep me posted about the results,

Please try to reinstall the server 2-3 times. I know this takes quite a bit of time, but may be the fastest way to resolve it.

If it does not succeed after 3 attempts then I'll get in touch with our team in Sweden to organize remote support.

I have now unistalled, reinstalled, registrated the license and started BIM Server 18 on my server 4 times.

I can still access the 127 IP locally.

But I still only have BIM server Manger under Modules, not the v18 module.

Summary:
I cannot share projects or upload libraries.

I have been struggling with this for a long time now and feeling a bit desperate.

How can we make this work today?
