3D Window Settings

I select PhotoRendering background in 3D Window Settings and render. The photo rendering background is in the drawings.

When I place the rendering on a Layout the photo rendered sky disappears and goes to white. I can print the rendering from the View Map window and the sky shows properly.

This only happens when I save to a Layout. Any ideas???
