8" White CMU Texture

Could anyone direct me to a link containing a WHITE-PAINTED 8" CMU texture, please? Or, better yet, is there a way to duplicate and modify the existing "Surf-8" CMU" material to look like it is painted white in a LightWorks PhotoRendering? I've played with numerous settings in the LightWorks Engine menu of the Materials window with no successful results.

You'll need to align the texture.

SEE 3D TEXTURE ALIGNMENT IN ARCHICAD HELP.

While you can align the texture by anchoring it the lower corner of each wall, you can't see the LightWorks material in OpenGL. Working blind.

Can you help me with this one, Dwight (others welcome)?

I have selected all appropriate walls and used the "align 3D texture" command. Elevations with vectorial fills look fine, OpenGL 3D window looks fine, but Lightworks rendering does not align.

Image shows Open GL on left, red cross indicates texture origin, lower arrow is adjoining walls where texture shifts, and upper arrow is a change of wall plane of only 20mm. Lightworks material settings on right.

What's the problem?

...and on a side note, why is my image full size in the preview window and I'm getting this error message displayed when I submit to the Forum?

I've got this problem sometimes too. Easiest explanation must be. It's a BUG....

S2art, you don't have a hiddenline view of your model, where I can se how your walls are build?

I will try to sort something out on Monday when i'm back at work. It's Friday night already and I'm at home having a beer!

But it's pretty simple, ground floor walls to first floor level, composites to show wall framing, cavity and brick veneer. Additional 3D only items where necessary to add bits like the additional thickness of veneer over top of first floor windows....

You are a bit crazy, night when it's day? Are you walking upsidedown too?

Even the easiest model can make textures go . And there are a few workarounds to use, but I don't know if it helps you before I know how your model is build.
A wall that have been cut could sometimes change direction. Turn on Walls beams reference line and look if directions are the same. It should be, or else you could get textureproblems.

Next is to check if your texture are rotated 180 degree, it happens to often that textures at above situtions are rotated 180 degress. You can't reset this back, you have to rotate it manually, sometimes 180degress 2 times. Weird, but it helps me sometimes.
