ArchiCAD 10 will be released on the first of april, with included 3ds max rendering engine (based on Mental Ray). It will work on Windows XP only and is only available for subscription customers. It's file format has changed to DWG and the sections, elevations and 3D windows will all be XRefed into one main DWG file. GDL objects are dropped and "Families" are now the main way to structure your libraries, which can be iDropped into the main viewports from Tool Palettes.
The official release name will be ArchiCAD 2007 Professional 3D.

My source might be wrong on a thing or two, though...

It's a JOKE!

Fatihred,
it was a joke.

There is no official information about ArchiCAD 10 available at this time.
That's all I can say about it.

If it is the same Lightworks module then in Release 9, then there is plenty to talk about in the Presentation-part of the forums. And Dwight Atkinson wrote a nice book about this rendering engine, which shows that very usable results can be made with this engine.

You can always export your ArchiCAD model to 3DS files to open in 3ds max if you want to render using VRay. It will cost you both an additional license for 3ds max (about $3500) AND VRay (about $1000) but I assume you are aware of this. You don't have to pay anything apart from ArchiCAD itself for the Lightworks engine.

I don't think it is fair to download it from emule, but I leave that to Graphisoft to discuss with you.
