Hi.
I've been working with Artlantis for quite some time now (about 10 years), and since the update to version 2021, there has been a problem with some strange spots in the final rendering. It looks like I have put a disco ball somewhere in the room, and the ceiling and walls are partially super dirty... ;(
I can't see the spots in the preview window, and the final picture looks like a disaster 😞
Does anyone have any idea if it's a matter of some shaders, sun setting, or anything else???
Please help!!!

That makes it a bit tougher then.
I did find a help website ... https://help.artlantis.com/2020/Help/Artlantis_HelpBook_m_en/ArtlantisHelp_S_en.htm#QuickHelp/Welcom...
But a quick look I didn't see anything specific to this problem.
All I can suggest is search for similar posts here (there have been a few) and see if there is a setting that applies to Artlantis as well.
i.e. global illumination, ray threshold would be my guess, but I am not a render expert.

You really need to ask Artlantis question in an Artlantis forum.
This really has nothing to do with Archicad apart from it supplies the model.
There was a similar post a little while ago with the same problem in Cinerender.
That may give some clues as to what settings you need to change in Artlantis.

I don't understand the reason for this post.
Are you inferring this is not the case with Archicad?

Thank You for your help ang suggestions.
I decided to try to find help here because I know that some people use Archicad and Artlantis so maybe someone had a similar problem and I couldn't find help and solution anywhere else.
Anyway - thank You.

Yes, i am strongly suggesting it. Eventually that will not be the case as the perpetual licenses we now have will stop functioning for any number of reasons, GS related or not.
But also for the fact that a niche but cherished company that offered perpetual licenses on their software, that is Artlantis, didnt survive at the end.
Which makes us believe that the suscription model is the only current viable survival method.
If only Graphisoft would have been more straightforward, clear and open on this. Im sure the majority of users would have been more understanding if they were offered a clear and sincere statement instead of the disastrous and disrespectful way GS have handled all this transition.
And finally, the way the Artlantis company worded their last message, going down but still wishing for people to keep using their software, just adds to the dramatic overtones.

This is now going off topic so please do not reply here as this has nothing to do with the original problem.
Please go to any of the other posts relating to Archicad perpetual licenses or start a new one.
But just to clarify as a final note.
Graphisoft have not revoked the use of perpetual Archicad licenses.
You can still use them (exactly the same as with Artlantis), dependent only on hardware and operating system compatibility in the future.
