Blue mirror curtain wall

Hello,

I'm trying to get a blue mirror surface like in the attached picture (I don't care about the shape, just the surface). I already tried to play with surfaces but didn't succeed to get a good rendering. Anyone has already this surface configured or knows what parameters I should use?
