Maxon's cineware add-on closes unexpectedly on Archicad 28 for Mac

I'm having several problems with the Maxon render engine of archicad that closes every time I try to use it. I've already tried to restart archicad, I also reinstalled the add on and installed the latest update of archicad 28. How can I solve it?

I think finally solved the issue, and verified the app is working by using it for a few days. I reinstalled the Cineware folder linked in the previous comments and deleted the redshift folder as well. Now archicad goes trough the render without any problem, using only the Cineware engine obviously, but is more than sufficient for me. Thank you!
