Mirror not reflecting in internal engine render

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi!
I'm using Archicad 18 and when i render my project with Internal Engine, the mirror does not reflect, it looks like a white wall. Maybe the problem is at the surface settings, but i can't find out which one needs to be changed.
I found at Graphisoft helpcenter that "If Highlights is unchecked, or the Flat Shading method is used, specular reflections are ignored in the rendering." My highlights box is checked and there's still no reflection Tryed also metal - chrome (because it also should reflect) and it also does not reflect.

Sorry for mistakes (if there is any), english is not my native language

The "internal engine" does not support raytracing, which is required for mirrored reflections. Switch to the CineRender engine.
