Problem with spotlights render result

Hello, I'm having a problem with the recessed Spot 19 (AC19), as you can see in the pic, some of them looks good (on), and others look off, or black, it looks like it depends of the angle you are looking at them, this pic is from 2 different projects, with almost the same scenario, you see the spots at one high looks good, and at other high looks off, to the first project I just let it go like that, but is happening again with the same library part.

Does anyone knows how to solve this?

If it depends on the angle, then maybe there is some refraction settings that is bugging you.

Are you using a glass surface?

Yeah, I mean it looks like is because of the angle I'm not sure.
And yes I'm using the regular glass surface.
I'll try changing playing around with the refraction on the surface
