Problems with neighbouring houses in Twinmotion

I'm having trouble with the existing neighboring houses, which are morphs. When I generate an image with Path Tracer, the morphs look like this:

If you mean the issue is the stripes, that's a known bug. Try adjusting Shadow Bias or using Depth of Field to eradicate it.

Your object is probably placed far from the origin in Archicad. Move it closer, create a new export file and re-import. You obvious have to drag your object to the correct location in TM because it's origin has moved but that should prevent those artifacts.
