Dwight wrote:Hi Dwight!, never got the chance to shake your hand after the fantastic seminar you gave in Oakland. The book is absolutely great. I've honestly read about 3 to 4 chapters and my renderings have improved 20 times more. Could be better, that is why I am hungry to finish your book the second I get that free time. I bought the book during the seminar, will we be informed about your supplement release? I'd definitely want to be updated since I might be using AC 10 soon.
Thank you.
The "LightWorks in ArchiCAD" book is extremely relevant to ArchiCAD 10, especially since I am writing a supplement - available soon after ArchiCAD 10 actually ships, just to be certain that the things I've seen in the Beta actually make it to the final product. Many of the new features were implemented at the last minute.
The supplement addresses the significant changes to the LightWorks rendering engine, and will be free to all registered users of the book. It will be a download and may include some material fixes and additional tricks to motivate those stubborn few who haven't yet coughed-up for my great book.
You still need the book, however, since it really tells you how to operate in a realistic production environment to create and manage LightWorks renderings including many Photoshop tricks. The supplement is just a bunch of inserts.
Order your copy from me today: see below for ordering instructions or write to the info.beginnernomore@telus.net address for more information.
