Transparency of curtains behind glass in Cinerender

I am having a problem with transparency in Cinerender. I need to have slightly transparent curtains behind windows. Once I activate transparency for curtain material (even assign 1), it would totally disappear in rendering. I am sure others also have that problem, but I can't find the discussion about it. Would appreciate any help.
