I've allready made a few improvements based on the kind review of Karl Ottenstein. Other suggestions are welcomed.

Come on, it's not so bad.
You wouldn't want to see a Skyscraper or dull office building tutorial, do you?

You mean billboards: in Cinema4D they can be made by creating a plane, making a material using alpha-mapped pictures.

You might assign it into the Luminance channel to prevent the material being influenced by lighting if you want.

I created a wall i ac and that wall is wood from all sides. Then i export it to 3ds and open it in c4d. That wall is recognize as wood and thats ok. Now i want to set inner side of wall to be brick, outher side to be green. How will i do that.
In artlantis that task will be accomplish very easy, i will go to "windows" then to "reapply materials" and there i have options:planes, paralel planes, object, materials
