There are accessory objects that place trim on walls that you could use for your tiled surfaces, or just place a 10mm thick wall over the main walls (on a layer that is seen in 3D views but probably not plan), and stop and start the tile wall each side of openings.
An alternative would be to use a Complex Profile wall. You would use a fill with a node at the 1.6m height and assign a different material above and below that node (image below). Not the easiest to maintain if you want variations on these materials as each would need their own C.P.
