Where are the weather preset images stored?

I want to create a fresh clean light sky for generic renderings. The "clear" is too yellow and foggy.
I looked in the lib but didn't find any images resembling to the presets.

Those skies you are referencing are not images, they are rendered skies.

If you check the detailed settings tap, you will be able to access the options to adjust the environment, sun colors, etc...
