library loading - missing surface textures

I have been fighting this all day and everytime i open a drawing in AC10 it is missing the surface textures and I can't find it in the library to load it. Any ideas?

Which libraries do you have loaded? (maybe just a screenshot of your Library Manager)

Very simple, you must find out the missing surface.
You have used some structure-picture from outside for your material, you had to save this picture in certain file and load it.

Jeremy,
It sounds like you are opening a file from verison 9...try loading the texture folder from your previous archicad 9 library
