trouble rendering with lightworks- please help! : )

I m having trouble when I try to render a picture with the lightworks engine. If I use another engine everything works fine. Im trying to render with the following settings, picturesize 30 x 20 cm and a DPI of 300. The only thing showing after the rendering is done is the background picture, and if I remove this picture everything is just white. I just bought a new machine because of this problem, but it seems that it has nothing to do with my hardware.

Please help..
