Dialogues while Teamworking need more than a grey OK button

As an example:

It's countless the number of times we have opened Book Settings, created a new Transmittal set and added all the relevant info, added all the layouts for issuing... and then realise the Book Settings were not reserved. Click cancel. Reserve. And repeat. Same with a range of other dialogues...

It would be useful for:

- The whole window to be unresponsive, grey'd out, bright red etc

- Auto-reserve for the dialogues
