Horizontal Range of Vertical Section

Hi,
Working in ARCHICAD 20 we have a 10cm limit for depth range in vertical sections.
When we work with pointcloud objects it's neccesary to capture only an accurate strip of the pointcloud and 10cm it's an excessive range which produce too much noise.
It would be great if future releases of ARCHICAD can improve this limit.
