Search and Type to Filter continued support

I've gotten used to the search function in ArchiCAD for layers, surfaces and attributes.
It's nice after using Rhino on a more regular basis. 

I'd like to see this continued to Lines & Fills selection.

It's also missing from the layer selection in the 'Edit Selection Set' tool which should be added.

It would also be nice if hitting enter/return would just get the top item from the list rather than resulting in a 'Missing' layer. I know you can press the down arrow but it's a habit thing from Rhino again.
