Mod Palette

I would love a palette for Mods and Holtlinks.

Exactly the same as the Favourites Palette, for on screen use. 

Just pulls Mods and Hotlinks from a local folder or library (doesn't need a 2D or 3D preview).

Maybe have a quick save as mod/hotlink button on there,

maybe a little link to the hotlink manager palette,

maybe an update hotlink button or double click to update, for selected hotlinks on-screen,

but don't push yourselves guys I'll take what I can get.

I work in a high production environment, 400+ homes per year. When we get a new standard note or detail it would be nice to just pull it from the palette.
